The year 2016 has been a big year for change in labor laws. Poster requirements have changed … Effective August 1, 2016 the Department of Labor (DOL) revised the Federal Minimum Wage Poster to remove specific civil monetary penalty amounts and add a nursing mothers section. This poster is required with 50 or more employees. Also effective August 1, 2016, The Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) Poster was revised to remove the civil penalty limit of $10,000 and changed/added phone numbers.
